Oral sedaction

Oral sedation is the next method of making paients collected before the dental treatment. This method is used less often because after using it the patients are not allowed to control vehicles, machines and mechanical devices.

The adventages of this solution are: simplicity and non-invasive procedure (the medicine is deliveres in a pill), possibility of using it both for children and adults with high level of safety.

Oral sedation is used usually during serious surgeries and in case of very stressed and non-cooperative children. The medicine is delivered 45 to 60 minutes before the treatment. After using it patient’s fear and strees feeling is reduced. In some cases patients may feel sleepy.
